Mike Danchak has been in the trenches coaching couples through the painful and complex maze of restoring intimacy in troubled marriages for over 39 years. He has helped couples who were bitter and on the verge of divorce through challenging, inspiring, and teaching them how to once again experience the joys of emotional connection as best friends and lovers.
Mike’s location in one of America’s major metropolitan areas has positioned him to work with President’s, CEO’s, Executive VPs and other top level leaders in cooperate America. In addition to his private practice, Mike has developed a unique insight into the professional, marital and family demands of executive leadership through his experience as an onsite corporate executive coach and counselor.
Mike has attributed his success with executives due to his qualifying potential coaching clients. Mike said, “I don’t want to create false hope or waste executive’s valuable time. I qualify candidates to help them assess their level of engagement to change themselves as a first step to improving their marriage. I make it clear to clients, ‘I can’t change you, but I can coach you through the changes you’re committed to making.”
Mike is a licensed Marriage and Family therapist, Professional Counselor and Certified Professional coach. Not only does he bring academic and professional experience, but he and his wife have been happily married for over forty years. The Danchak’s also have two happily married adult children and three grandchildren.
