Why Executive Marriage Coaching?
A successful executive (CEO of a billion dollar company) said to me, “Mike, it doesn’t make sense to me. I’m successful in business, but a failure at home with my wife and kids!” Over the past 30 years, I’ve heard many different versions of the story, but the same theme, “I’m successful in business, but a failure at home. What can I do?”
Executive Marriage coaching grew out of my experience of marriage coaching with executives and finding a process that works for them. The program is built to suite the executive schedule:
· On-demand Internet access
· Brief, to the point sessions, executive summary (8-12 minute).
· Exercises designed to drive short term behavior change
· Long-term group telecoaching to insure long-term success.
When you sign up you will get the video brief, “Monomania: Balancing Work and Life.”
MARRIED LOVE COACHING SESSIONS
1. Married Love delivers the message with Internet videos, exercises, group coaching, individual coaching, and assessments. There are six lessons each having three 8-12 minutes sessions. You receive a code to access the videos.
2. With online sessions, the weekly conference calls, and the three 30 minutes sessions, you receive 56 hours of marriage coaching over a twelve month period.
· Three Thirty minute 1on1 teleconferences with Mike. It is recommended you do one after the second, third and fifth sessions. However you are free to use them at any time.
· Twelve months access to a weekly group sessions with Mike.
· Twelve months of “Keeping Love Alive” monthly e-blast from Married Love.
3. Free teleconference with Mike. The purpose of the call is for you to ask Mike questions about the program, your marriage and to determine if this is a fit for you. Executive Marriage Coaching is NOT for everyone.
